We are opportunistic investors, and seek to achieve high risk adjusted returns through an emphasis on local market knowledge, execution expertise, and strong deal sourcing capabilities. We also partner strategically with other firms where there exists unique opportunity to enter a new market or create enhanced value in an existing market.

We encourage an active and entrepreneurial culture, which allows us to efficiently solve complex problems, rapidly complete underwriting and manage construction and legal risk. We emphasize accountability in our performance and transparency with our investor network, and constantly seek to improve our practices.

Our long term goal is to continue to build a portfolio of high quality cash flowing assets in markets with strong macro economic drivers.
